Here’s how we’ll get started:
Initial Discovery Call – Free of Charge
We’ll start with a no-obligation video or phone call (around 30 minutes) to talk through your needs, goals, and the kind of support you’re looking for. This is a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
Proposal & Quote
After our chat, I’ll send you a tailored proposal outlining the services we discussed, your preferred schedule, and a quote based on either my hourly rate or a monthly retainer package.
Agreement & Onboarding
Once you’re happy to move forward, I’ll send over a working agreement and onboarding documents, including:
✔ Confidentiality agreement
✔ Payment terms
✔ Access requests (systems, logins, tools)
✔ Your preferred communication style
Kick-Off & Task Management
We’ll agree on priorities for the first week or month. I’ll set you up on a shared task management platform (e.g. Asana or Trello) so you can always see what’s in progress, completed, or scheduled.
Ongoing Support & Check-ins
You’ll get regular updates from me (weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the arrangement) so you always know how things are progressing. I track all time worked and send monthly invoices, along with a breakdown of hours used (for retainer clients).
